Hourly charter uses estimated rates of sedan $120, SUV $150, S-Class $230, and Sprinter $240, with a three-hour minimum and three-hour estimates of $360, $440, $690, and $710. Those hourly totals are not airport fares. One-way airport and point-to-point trips are quoted from the itinerary. Gratuity is included. Applicable fees are the ones shown on the quote.
Cancellation, change, wait, and no-show terms are written on the quote or confirmation for that reservation.
When you provide the airline and flight number, we use that information to plan pickup at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Akron-Canton Airport. Confirm wait terms on the quote. Burke Lakefront (BKL) pickups follow the assigned FBO instructions after you inquire.
Private limousines at Cleveland Hopkins must be prearranged. Limousines and shuttles under 24 feet are directed to the north-end Ground Transportation Center. Taxi pickup near carousel 11 and app-ride roadway instructions do not apply to reserved private cars. Your confirmation lists the assigned meeting point.
Ask for a child or booster seat when you book, and include the child's age and weight. Availability depends on the chauffeur assigned to your ride. Request seats when you book rather than at the curb.
Yes. Gratuity is included in the quoted fare. If you want to add an extra tip for exceptional service, you may do so in cash.
Business travelers can request itemized receipts and a single dispatch contact. Any billing arrangement is confirmed in writing with the quote.
We arrange service throughout Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding suburbs including downtown Cleveland, University Circle, Playhouse Square, Shaker Heights, Beachwood, Rocky River, Westlake, and Independence. Regional trips to Akron, Canton, and Youngstown are also available. A local chauffeur completes the ride.
Hourly charter has a three-hour minimum. The clock follows the reserved block on your confirmation. The three-hour minimum applies to hourly service only. One-way transfers are quoted separately and are not billed as a three-hour charter.
Black sedans, SUVs, executive vans, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters are available by quote. Sedans work for one or two travelers. SUVs handle extra luggage or small groups. Sprinters are planned for up to twelve passengers and twelve bags, subject to configuration. Larger groups require a coordinated quote.
A standard sedan holds about two large suitcases and two carry-on bags. An SUV holds more, with less bag space if a third row is used. Sprinter vans are planned for up to twelve bags when the interior is configured for that load. Tell us passenger count and luggage when booking so we can assign the right class.
Service animals are welcome at no extra charge. A service animal is not treated as a pet. Separate pet requests, including carrier travel in sedans and SUVs, are confirmed with the reservation.
