Reserve Your Ride

Before you start the form

The form sends a reservation request. Your ride is confirmed only when you receive a reservation confirmation with the vehicle class, pickup time and meeting point.

• Pickup address and destination, with a building name or door if there is more than one.
• Date and pickup time. For an airport pickup, the airline and flight number.
• Number of passengers and bags.
• Vehicle class: Business Sedan, First Class SUV, Mercedes S-Class or Sprinter Van.

After you send the request

Dispatch reviews the itinerary and replies with the vehicle class, the pickup time and the meeting point. For an airport pickup, the flight number is used to plan the pickup around the actual arrival, and at Cleveland Hopkins the meeting point is the commercial pickup area rather than the taxi stand or app-ride roadway. Cancellation, change and wait terms for the ride are written on the quote or confirmation.

If plans change after you are confirmed, call dispatch with the reservation details. For regional trips to Akron, Canton or Youngstown, and for Sprinter groups, book as early as you can; same-day requests depend on chauffeur availability.
